Since we are officially in the fall season I just had to share these beautiful autumnal wedding images with you. This wedding was designed last year and featured sunflowers and deep fall tones. These pictures were taken by photographer Michelle Lindsay and the sunflower has never looked this lovely before. In addition to loving these fall flowers, I was ecstatic about the photography.

The wedding took place in downtown Leesburg with a reception at the Bluemont Vineyard.  One of my favorite pictures of the day was an image taken in front of the big red door at St. James Church.

Designs featured sunflowers, golden rod, cockscomb, spray roses, hydrangea, crocosmia pods, berry, dahlias and hanging amaranthus.

Pumpkins, apples and gourds were used to enhance the designs or as garnish throughout the barn.

Everything came together perfectly for this wedding and just looking at these images makes me excited about the fall weddings we will be designing.
