I had the pleasure of providing Whitney her wedding flowers today. The wedding took place at Whitehall Estate, which is a Loudoun County treasure. I loved working with this bride and her mom. Everything turned out so beautiful and I am so glad to have these photos to share. I am even more happy to report that Genevieve Leiper was the real photographer, so quality pictures are on the way.
The bridal was created with green Cymbidium Orchids, Sophie Roses, white Freesia, pink Peonies and Candy Bianca pale pink Roses. The bouquet was bound with ivory satin ribbon and decorative pins.
What a beautiful bride!!!!
The Maids carried simple but elegant hand held clusters of Roses, Peonies, and mixed flowers from my garden. The bride tied a special message to each bouquet.
The flower girl had a cluster of just baby pink roses.
Half of the tables had brown iron lanterns that were provided by the bride. We created a wreath of flowers for each of the lanterns. We used my brown iron bowls to create a second design full of green moss and blossoms.
The ceremony took place outside on the lawn at Whitehall.
My son Riley took this picture of me preparing the bouquets just before the wedding.
We had another wonderful wedding weekend and we even found a little time to lay by the pool.
Gorgeous flowers, weather & girls. Job well done!
Madeleine,
Thanks for commenting, it was gorgeous. The bride was awesome. She was so thoughtful and very bubbly. I loved her attitude.
