Having the Chapel Designers bombard the NYC flower market was insanely fun!! This of course was like taking a kid to a candy shop. All of the designers were in complete heaven. It also allowed many of us the opportunity to meet with sales reps that we only get to speak to on the phone. It was like a big flower family reunion.
Our tour through the market was led by Jeremy of David Beahm Design. Jeremy is awesome and super cute !!! I think he looks like an actor. Jeremy is a lead designer for David. His tour through the market was fabulous and very helpful for the Chapel Designers. Jeremy shared with us lots of new sources. You can also see the beautiful Heather Thomas of Heatherlily Inc. in the background of this picture.

Here are some of the designers at G. Page, which is one of the most amazing places for unique and specialty blooms. We had a blast meeting with our sales rep Lauren but I forgot to ask her to be in the picture. We were a little side tracked and crazy in this place.

This is a picture of my sales rep Niv from Harvest Roses with my friend Alex Jusino of Exquisite Events. This was the first time we got to meet our fabulous salesperson Niv.
Over the last year I have had a lot of fun working with Niv, perhaps he reminds me of someone. Many of the unique designs I created last year were with roses from Harvest. I love their product and it’s worth a trip to the airport to get their goodies.
These trips to NYC also allow me to find great new containers and vintage ribbon. All of these sources make my designs special, unique, and one of a kind. Traveling to NYC has opened so many windows for me and it has kept many brides coming through my door!!!
What an amazing experience! Can we do it all over again next week?
Wow! That is a vision! Glad you had the opportunity to make the trip.
