After much waiting, I can finally share with you the beautiful images from the wedding of Susan and Stefan. Their gorgeous celebration was just featured in the current issue of The Knot DC, Maryland & Virginia, and it’s drool worthy!!

Not sharing these pictures has been killing me!!!!! Susan & Stefan married last April. I actually saw some of the images just weeks after the couples big day. Keeping the photos secret until the magazines release has been torture. This photo of the bridal bouquet is one of my favorite treasures of 2011. So much so, that photographer Michelle Lindsay actually gave me a beautiful print of this bouquet for Christmas. The picture hangs in my office and I enjoy it every day. I can clearly remember standing in the flower shop creating this bouquet. I can still feel the magic in the room as I moved my blooms into place and I remember the second when I found complete peace with my design. I think I sigh, squeal, and moan when I get my bouquets just right!!! The bouquet was created with peach juliet roses, free spirit roses, coral charm peonies, seeded euc, silver brunia, viburnum berry, asclepsia, and dusty miller.

Many thanks to Kelley Cannon of Kelley Cannon Events for introducing me to this wonderful couple. Kelley is fabulous to work with and she always does an incredible job planning an event, I love her!! The wedding was held at The Dumbarton House, which I simply adore, catering was provided by Ocassions Catering, and gorgeous Calligraphy was designed by the superstar Meant To Be Calligraphy. Now about the images, here they are in all of their glory. Hurray for Michelle Lindsay, I am in love with her work and in love with these photos!!!
