As you may have noticed we had a major epic fail here last week and my blog was hacked.  This kills me on so many levels, because I truly love blogging but it costs me a lot of personal time. The posts that I lost not only signify the loss of a ton of work, but also time I could have been spending with the children this summer. In just one short week my daughters will be leaving for college and the school year will begin and I feel as though the time I spent blogging this summer just went down a well. I am not a quitter though, perhaps you have noticed that, so we will be restoring each blog post one at a time. I am able to do this because several of my readers were kind enough to send me the blog posts that they happened to have stored on their computers via Google Reader. Help comes from the strangest places and realizing that people do care about what is written here encourages me to move forward. Little by little, we will restore the Full Bouquet Blog because not only is this blog the journal of my business, it is also the journal of my family. Many thanks to Stephanie Aspinwall of Pretty Entertaining for coming to my rescue and sending me not only the text that was lost, but she also hovered over all of the empty images until she got the image number as well. Stephanie also reached out to our family this summer when our cars were hit by the fallen trees from a huge storm. I will not forget her kindness. Help comes from the strangest places, and help comes from real people not big server companies. I am beyond a little down on the host company that allowed this to happen to me, because they clearly were not doing their weekly back ups or they would have at least four more weeks of material. This blog is a huge commitment and a ton of work. For a mother with 7 kids and a business to run it is truly an act of love. Thanks also to Jeannine from Small & Chic in C-ville who also offered to help and to the countless others who sent words of encouragement and support, it has warmed my heart and made me want to move forward.
