This past Saturday we provided wedding flowers to the Willard Hotel in Washington DC. Our bride Danielle chose classic all white floral designs that matched the elegance of the hotel. The bridal bouquet was created with white hydrangea, cream vendella roses, white sarah roses, white mini calla lily, and white majolica spray roses. Maids carried bouquets of all roses and gardenia foliage’s.
Our ceremony site was in the crystal ballroom and we designed large altar arrangements for this space.
Altar arrangements were created with white hydrangea, white stock, white roses, larkspur, and snapdragons.
We go over each and every design to make sure the pieces are full and lush before we leave. Here I am adding a few more stems of hydrangea to the altar pieces.
My photographer daughter Hannah was along on this delivery, and she caught me chatting with Gaby as we pinned on the reserved seating markers.
Once the ceremony area was complete we headed to the main ballroom.
Elevated designs were created with huge mounds of white hydrangea and green gardenia leaves. The designs were elevated on my silver stands.
Low centerpieces were made of white hydrangea, vendella roses, and spray roses and the
cake was beautifully designed by the Willard Hotel.
This wedding was a beautiful city wedding.
I LOVE these! The elevated arrangeemnts are so incredibly classy. Gorgeous elegance. Amazing work, Holly! I’m still waiting with bated breath for the day a bride tells me she’s hired you for her florals.
The centerpieces are amazing and the cake is gorgeous!
