I hear from brides quite frequently that they are willing to buy locally as a budget saving option or a concession, unfortunately buying local flowers is not cheaper. Buying local means that a client will get a fresher more superb product at the standard market value. Buying local also supports your community and the environment. I love to support my local growers but I do it because they offer me the finest product, quite frankly product that is less tired. Traveling all over the world in a box without water is pretty hard on my blooms.
