One of my favorite wedding planners had to gently remind me yesterday that she and her client were waiting for a proposal. OMG, I just totally wanted to crawl under my desk and die.  I know my proposals for next year have to get written.  I know how important customer service is.  Caring for my brides, my planners, and my clients is everything to me; but a flower proposal is not an easy document to create.  I don't think any other wedding vendor has to go through what the florist goes through to prepare a proposal.  I literally want to hit other types of wedding vendors when they say they offer packages and all they have to do is cut and paste for their contracts.  If I tried that, I would be ruined in seconds: what if I cut and pasted Sarah's pink peony bouquet description into Martha's rustic bouquet of twigs, pods, and berries? Never, ever, have any two proposals of mine ever been the same.  Each and every line item is unique and tailored to the bride of the day. I would give anything if I could just write package A, B, C, or D. My life would be infinitely simpler, and I would have countless hours back to be with my family. During this busy time of year, we are slaving over recipes and designs trying to make certain every blossom arrives as requested and that it becomes the miracle design our brides are dreaming of.  I love all of you who put up with me and my slow responses, and for that I will reward you with amazing designs.
My clients, my planners, and my friends are awesome. Thank you for allowing me to work the way I work because I handle first things first, and the designs always come first here. Love you all, and happy Fall.

I was a former bride of Holly’s and I’ll be honest, at first I was hesitant about her ability to return some calls, but then quickly realized how much love she has for each and every one of her brides and I knew there was NO WAY she would leave me hanging on my day! And she didn’t disappoint, my flowers were beyond beautiful. They’re the first thing that everyone comments on when they see my wedding photos.
Thanks for all your hard work and commitment to your brides!!!

    Holly,
You are amazing, I don’t know how you do it all. I’ve only been in this industry a few years and it’s not easy but you make it all look so effortless. Thank you so much for taking the extra time to share all your beautiful designs on this blog, you are such a great inspiration to me and my growing business.
