Today was Quinn’s wedding day and we started the season at one of my favorite places Lansdowne Resort in Loudoun County. Although Lansdowne has several fabulous ballrooms, Quinn’s wedding was in the country club. I know she will be thrilled when she sees just how perfect everything looks. The staff at Lansdowne is to die for. As I packed up my flowers I heard Millie the event captain give her team a big pep talk and say this is the beginning of our wedding season One down and _ _ _ more to go. Lets get ready, do our very best and have a great year. That sounds like good advice for everyone in this industry. Happy Wedding Quinn!!!

Quinn wanted a very simple centerpiece of just baby’s breath. I have to admit that I was a little worried that the baby’s breath would not make a big enough impact. I of course always listen to my brides and they get what they request and guess what Quinn was right. This was a great centerpiece that kept her on her budget as well.
This was a shot of the whole ball room set up. The space looked wonderful.
We did a combination of high and low centerpieces and this was the low design. We used clusters of white freesia mixed in with the baby’s breath.
This is the view from the back terrace of the clubhouse. You can see the Potomac river from the balcony.
Okay I’m convcneid. Let’s put it to action.
