As we approach the fall wedding season and the start of school my head and my heart are actually starting to race. It’s time to be ready for all of my fall brides and one of those brides happens to be my very own soon to be daughter in law. I am in a swirling sea of activity and it’s time to find the rest of the props for my brides, time to make sure the garden is going to push and give me the local product I was hoping for, time to make sure the contracts are firm so that the buying can began, time to make sure that the kids have back to school clothes and supplies, time to get prepared for the change of season. As we press on I feel like a sprinter at the end of the race. At this point my adrenaline is pumping and my body is finding the extra energy it needs to complete the race with a victory.

We have had a remarkable and successful season and I am so proud of the many things we have accomplished so far this year. As we move into the fall I am very excited about the events that we have coming up and Evan has lighting or drape contracts almost every weekend.  We are on fire!!  Wish us luck because the race is on, oh and we have 5 more days to get Gracie potty trained before preschool starts, now I really feel the pressure.
