As you know we have been working day and night and Sundays too. Several weekends ago I provided flowers to an amazing wedding at the Mariott Ranch. The hot pink and blue palette was fun, unique, and not over used. This was my first time working at this venue and let me tell you I am in love. This is a real working ranch, with an estate home that operates as an inn. Bridal parties and families can stay on the ranch and enjoy time together before the wedding festivities begin. This place is incredible. The estate also features this fabulous open air lodge and it’s the perfect place to hold the reception. The space features a stone fireplace, open iron rafters and chandeliers, and the views are simply to die for. This place is on my number one list of amazingness!!! In addition to that I am mighty proud of the designs we created for this event. This is one of my favorite weddings of the year and I am pretty proud of my photography on this one as well. It’s a miracle but I actually got some worthy shots. So here is a overload of images from our Marriott Ranch wedding just a few Sundays ago.

Although we provided all of the flowers for this wedding, I did not actually make the bridal bouquet.  A family member wanted to created the bridal bouquet so I provided all of the stems and she did the designing. I have to admit this made me very nervous because I knew everything else was going to be so beautiful but she managed to put together a very nice bouquet. I did have to do a little 911 emergency repair because the bouquet was not kept in a refrigerated space. She also needed a little help getting all of the stems into the bouquet so I got to put my finishing touches on the bouquet after all!!! We made all other designs.

Cocktail hour was held at the house and the designs were created in small moss vases.

We used light blue hydrangea, blue thistle, baroness cabbage roses, blue aggies, blue delphinium, hot pink spray roses, white stock, hot pink celosia, hot pink and white dahlias, coxcomb and amaranthus on this wedding. The combination was stunning.

Pretty amazing space right?

I loved working at this venue and I loved these flowers!!!
