One of my favorite weddings this year, was held at the Stables in Bluemont. I loved working with my gorgeous bride Katie, and her fabulous FOB  who also acted as the wedding planner.  Katie's dad is a NYC lawyer and he ran a very organized and beautiful event. It was awesome to have a dad this involved and if he ever wanted to give up being a big city lawyer, he could easily become a top DC wedding planner. He found me after all… ha, I just could not resist saying that.

Katie is a horse lover so she naturally wanted to have her wedding in a barn.  The Bluemont Stables were perfect for her. I love those purple cowboy boots. Not every bride can pull that off.

We used green cabbage roses, green hydrangea, green berry, purple lizzy, lavender phlox, white stock, mini white callas with the purple center, white lizzy, queen annes lace, and green hypericum berry as the featured flowers of the day.
